May RECITAL 2010

We were lucky to be able to teach in Big Piney and in Pinedale this year! What a great group of kids! The girls performed to 70's songs including, Lean on me, Dust in the wind, Dream Weaver, Shake your groove thing, My Sharona, and Funky Town. The dances turned out so cute and the costumes were great too! This time around we invited some other local talent to join us. We had some girls sing and some girls dance! It was great to watch! We are already planning our summer dance camp! Call if you want any more information on camp or for dance next fall!

January recital

This was a great recital! We did current popular songs and the kids had a blast! Can't wait for our spring recital!

Recital dates are SET!

Our Recitals are quickly approaching!

We will have dress rehearsal for Big Piney on Monday, Jan 4th from 3:30-5 at the Fine Arts center in Big Piney and the recital will be that Sat. Jan 9th at 7pm!

Dress rehearsal for Pinedale will be on Tues. Jan 5th from 3:30-5 at the PHS auditorium and the recital will be that Friday, Jan 8th at 7pm!

Make sure all your costumes are ready to go! If you need help altering any straps, please call me!

We had fun waiting backstage for our turn!

We were so excited to be a part of the Cinderella ballet that came to our little town of Pinedale! The company was from California and our dance girls got to see POINTE shoes close up. They were all impressed with the grace and flexibility of the professional dancers. Although we only had a small part in the production I know all the girls are thankful that they were allowed to participate! I hope they will look back on this experience with fond memories! My own little girl said, "BALLERINA" for the first time after this show.... how neat!

Nearing 100 kids!!!

Our dance classes are off to a great start! We have 3 age groups in both Pinedale, and Big Piney! We are close to reaching 100 STUDENTS!!! I'm sure by January we will be there!! I love this job and I'm having so much fun seeing the kids every week and see them start to learn their new routines! We are having a blast!
